Meatloaf Recipe

- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, and let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
- Add the ground beef, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
