Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, and let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
  3. Add the ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan, or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

You can also make a glaze for the meatloaf by mixing together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, and spreading it over the top of the meatloaf before baking. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, and let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
  3. Add the ground beef, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Press half of the mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the meat mixture, and then top with the remaining meat mixture.
  7. Spread the BBQ sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  8. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  9. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
