Lasagna Recipe
Sure, here’s a simple recipe for lasagna that serves 6-8 people:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz.) of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 can (14 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 box (16 oz.) lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the pasta sauce, crushed tomatoes, water, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- To assemble the lasagna, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange a layer of lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture and a layer of the meat sauce. Repeat these layers until you’ve used up all the ingredients, ending with a layer of meat sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the lasagna.

- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 16 lasagna noodles
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
